PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy explains how HOME HEALTHCARE & PET SERVICES (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information when individuals use our website, mobile application, or related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, or submitting information to us, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform.
This Privacy Policy applies to all Platform users, including independent caregivers (“Caregivers”) and individuals seeking services (“Clients”), collectively referred to as “Users” or “you.”
This Platform serves as a referral and matching service connecting independent caregivers with clients. We do not provide healthcare, staffing, or agency services.

Caregivers may provide background check documents or screening information. These are collected solely to display readiness to Clients, and the Company does not verify, approve, or certify any background check.
d. Third-Party Payment Forwarding (Optional Convenience)
If a Client requests that the Company forward payment to a Caregiver using Zelle, Cash App, or prepaid card, we may temporarily receive limited transaction details solely for pass-through forwarding. THIS DOES NOT CREATE AN EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP AND IS NOT WAGE PAYMENT.
2. HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use personal information to operate, maintain, and improve the Platform, including account creation, user verification, profile display, communication features, scheduling functions, and customer support. Information helps us match Clients with Caregivers, display relevant profiles, manage subscription or matching fees, and maintain the safety, integrity, and functionality of the Platform. We may use information to enforce our Terms and Conditions, prevent misuse, investigate fraud, comply with applicable laws, and respond to legal requests. In limited cases where a Client requests that the Company forward a payment to a Caregiver through Zelle, Cash App, or similar methods, the Company may process the transfer strictly as a pass-through convenience; such forwarding does not create any employment relationship or alter the independent contractor status of Caregivers. We may also use aggregated or de-identified data for analytics, performance improvement, and operational insights without identifying individual Users
3. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION.
We do not sell or rent personal information.
We may share information only in the following limited situations:
a. Between Users (as part of the matching process)
• Caregiver profiles, photos, descriptions, and credentials may be visible to Clients.
• Clients may share limited household or pet information with Caregivers
b. Service Providers and Vendors

• Payment processing

These providers may access information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf
c. Pass-Through Payment Forwarding (Upon Client Request)
At a Client’s explicit request:
The Company may forward payment to a Caregiver using Zelle, Cash App, or a prepaid card strictly as a pass-through convenience. This does not create employment, agency, or wage-payment relationships. Any pass-through payment forwarding using Zelle, Cash App, or prepaid cards is strictly a convenience at a Client’s request and does not make the Company responsible for wage payments, tax obligations, or supervision of Caregivers.
d. Legal and Safety Obligations
We may disclose information if required to:
• Comply with the law, subpoenas, or legal process
• Respond to valid governmental requests
• Investigate fraud, abuse, threats, or safety concerns
We may also disclose information where necessary to enforce our Terms and Conditions or protect the Platform and its Users.

Users are responsible for providing accurate, truthful, and updated information. Caregivers must protect any personal, household, or care-related information received from Clients and use it solely for providing services. Clients must respect the privacy of Caregivers by not sharing or misusing profile details, contact information, or communication exchanges.
Each User is also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Platform login credentials and for notifying the Company immediately of any suspected unauthorized access
. Caregivers are responsible for safeguarding any Client information they receive, complying with all Florida mandatory reporting duties, and following all laws relevant to their caregiving or pet-care services.
